We start with a human-to-human conversation to review how you are (or not) leveraging AI today. You'll leave with a personalized report that includes an analysis of your current strengths and specific tactics to take your capabilities to the next level.
The plan, should you choose to accept it, is 6 weeks immersed in AI. We begin with your recommended tactics from the Fluency Snapshot, then adapt week-to-week as your priorities shift and the AI landscape itself moves fast. To support you, you'll have asynchronous access along with weekly human-to-human calls for hands-on troubleshooting, accountability, and planning.
In just half a quarter, you'll walk away AI-fluent — and ready to lead your team through what's next.
We get to know your entire team so that, together, we can answer two questions: how AI-ready does your team feel today, and where in your business workflows are there concrete but unrealized opportunities that AI can unlock?
The goal of Discovery is to align on a specific, bounded project for this phase. From there, Execution takes one of two shapes: if you're blocked by missing resources — product, engineering, design — we bring in a team to implement an AI workflow for you, end-to-end. If the gap isn't headcount, we coach your team to become AI-fluent instead, whether that means building a culture of learning and experimentation or coaching your existing team to implement a specific project themselves.
Business strategist & product person at heart.
I started my career as an AI Research Scientist at Accenture, where I helped Fortune 500 organizations understand and identify the appropriate AI technology to supercharge their workflows. Even without LLMs, across enterprise and product roles, I've consistently realized productivity gains of 40–150%. Today, the benefits of generative AI can be even greater — not just a percentage increase in productivity, but sometimes a complete reinvention of work or discovery of previously unseen opportunities.
I'm an MIT-trained, venture-backed repeat founder, which means I love rolling up my sleeves to take products 0-to-1 from strategy through launch. On weekends, I'm a yoga teacher and martial artist — practices that taught me the value of solid foundations, going slow to go fast, and how the most powerful often seem still from the outside.
